Consultation

Before we can build your dream house, we have to know what your dream is.  Through our consultation, we’ll be able to learn this and more from you as we visit your current home and discuss your next home.  We’ll work with you to complete our comprehensive assessment that helps us get to know you without wasting your time.  In addition, spending time in your current home affords us the opportunity to learn more about you and your needs.  This time also can be used to begin scoping a budget and potential timeline for the project, so you don’t have to worry about surprises later on.

Design

In offering completely custom homes, we leave tired blueprints and standard layouts at the door.  Using our intuitive project management software, you’ll benefit from our ability to produce a fully-rendered model of your new home.  Instead of trying to accurately interpret two-dimensional plans, you’ll be able to virtually tour your entire home.  Furthermore, you’ll also be able to change details and make alterations on the fly.  Instead of waiting hours or even days for your changes to be incorporated, you’ll be able to see the effects in real-time before moving onto the next room.  This unique software is often lauded by our clients as a great value and an overall gamechanger to the home design process.

Plan

Before we commence with building, we use our planning phase to align all details and make sure we have what we need to deliver.  This means special ordering materials and completing quality checks on the supplies to make sure everything meets your needs.  While we are ordering, we’ll also be there to help guide you on finalizing your plans.  Once you’ve completed the details and disclosures, we can move on toward the final stage.

Build

No project is complete until you’ve moved into your new home, so our construction and build process is a vital step to our success.  We pride ourselves on the fact that by using a blend of our talented and qualified staff and sought after subcontractors, we can deliver a building stage just as detail-oriented and specific as the other stages to our process.  Gone are the frustrations of tradesmen cutting corners and trying to get done early by compromising.  Our reputable team will be there to carry your home over the finish line and if alternatives need to be explored, we are ready and able to support and offer ideas.
