Our unique Design + Build approach helps to save our clients time and money while serving as a guide through the build process, including the planning, engineering, city and permitting phases of the project.  Our team is all housed under one roof, so we work together to deliver a custom-built home your way, at a competitive price.

Design + Build

We’ve built our business around the Design + Build approach.  It all starts with consultation.  During the consultation, we’ll spend some time with you in your home so that we can learn about you.  During this time, we’ll ask questions to learn about your goals, style preferences and taste, and lifestyle factors that may influence what the perfect custom build looks like to you.

Next comes the design phase.  This is where you’ll get to see the star of our Design + Build approach.  Using our specialized software, you’ll get to see a fully rendered 3D model of our design plan.  You’ll be able to make changes and adjustments on the fly, without having to send out notes to various entities.  Our services are all housed together, making communication easier.  We’ll connect you with your team and let you see a fully rendered 3D model of your new home.

Moving to the planning phase of your new construction, we’ll begin ordering materials, performing quality checks, and coordinating schedules.  We’ll keep you informed of the process along the way, using our fully integrated management software system.  Your builder and designer will be under the same roof, so you can benefit from the peace of mind that comes from knowing that all of the details are being taken care of.

Last comes the building phase, where we’ll make sure that we are scheduled to be on site to supervise the progress being made and represent your interests.  No compromises or unapproved changes will take place that might sacrifice the quality of the build or your satisfaction as a customer.  We’ll be there to make sure that the home you are getting is the one you planned for.
