With our own Design + Build approach, we save our clients time and money while guiding them through the home building process.  We’re there every step of the way, including the planning, engineering, city and permitting phases of the project.  Our in-house team works together so that we can deliver quality custom builds at industry competitive prices.

Design + Build

Our process is based on our four-part Design + Build method.  The whole process starts with a consultation.  During the consultation, we’ll spend time with you in your current home, so that we can learn about you, your design preferences, goals for your new home, and any lifestyle factors that may influence what the perfect design looks like for you.  We’ll ask pointed questions during this time so that we can be sure that we get started building a home that you will be happy in for years to come.

The next step in the Design + Build process is the design phase.  During this time, you’ll be in contact with your entire project team.  Our streamlined approach and advanced software system will allow you to view your project and make in the moment changes that your team will see directly.  There’s no worrying about sending off notes to different teams and hoping everyone gets the same memo.  We’ll facilitate your whole build and make sure you are connected to a qualified team of professionals, and allow you to see a fully rendered 3D model of your new construction.

Heading into the planning phase of your new custom home, we’ll begin ordering materials, performing quality control, and coordinating schedules.  It’s important to us to communicate with you and keep you in the loop the entire time, using our fully integrated management software system.  With everyone using the same mode of communication, and your designer and builder working together, you can relax, knowing that every detail of your new custom-built home is taken care of.

Last is the building phase, where all of our hard work comes together.  We won’t abandon you at this stage either.  We’ll make sure that we are scheduled to be on site to supervise the building progress and to represent you and your interests.  We’ll be there to answer questions from the team, or from yourself, and make sure that you are informed of any key changes or adjustments to be made.  We’ll also make sure that no unapproved changes take place and that there is no sacrifice to build quality or cutting of corners.  We’re there to make sure that your home is being built the way it should and that you get the quality home that you were promised.

Our goal is to deliver an integrated + elevated customer experience.  We make sure that our team is integrated, working together and communicating effectively throughout the design and build process.  We believe that clear and consistent communication on our team and with our clients is essential to bringing you the experience that you deserve.  You are entitled to know what is happening with your build project at all times.  This helps to ensure that we never waste your time, effort, or money, and there are no surprises at the end with exponentially higher costs than were discussed from the beginning.  We think it’s important to make sure that you work with competent professionals for a project this big so that you can feel confident in your decisions as well as your budget.
