Consultation

The time we spend with you upfront will be a huge factor in our ability going forward, so we take the first stage of consultation very seriously.  To start, we’d like to visit you in your current residence.  Here, we’ll conduct a thorough and efficient assessment that teaches us more about your tastes and project goals so we can tailor our engagement to meet your desired scope and budget.  We also use this time to learn what in your current home works and what doesn’t, so we can plan for your next home accordingly.  With a full array of offerings, you’ll not run out of custom options you can select for your construction project.  We serve clients that already know every square inch of their next home all the way to clients who are planning their starter home.  Wherever you are at, you can depend on us to provide relevant insight and guidance while actively listening to what you want and working to help you achieve it.

Design

After we’ve taken care of the important consultation steps that get us started, it’s time for design.  Here, our value and benefits will continue to leap off the page.  Using sophisticated project management and design software, you’ll be able to plan the design of your new home using modern technology designed to enhance your level of engagement and comprehension of the layout.  Using our software, you’ll be able to view a fully-rendered 3D model of your new home.  You can visit each room, and view the details of windows, floorboards, fittings and much more as your project begins to take virtual shape.  An added benefit comes from the fact that when you see something you wish to change, we can do it right there on the spot.  In real-time, you’ll be able to see the effect and forego the stilted process some other firms still use where you may wait days or weeks for changes to be incorporated into blueprints.  With Spaces Renewed, you’ll see each change and know how it changes other project elements.

Plan

Before we commence the groundbreaking and actually build your house, we’ll use the planning phase to special order material, complete quality control checks and finalize plans.  You’ll still be able to reach out to the builder and designer as you complete final details and disclosures.  We align all our ducks before we begin construction which helps the final stage move forward with ease.

Build

The final phase is essential to our reputation because even if we met every expectation up to this point, dropping the ball here makes all the other parts less important.  We have the quality blend of staff and subcontractors to help bring each detail of your new home to realization.  We’ll oversee the project and not leave it to a tradesman who might be trying to meet a deadline or pass an inspection and is tempted to cut corners.  While we remain mindful of details throughout, if a possible alternative needs to be considered, our presence can help this be less stressful and more beneficial to your final home when all is said and done.  We won’t leave you feeling alone or left to make decisions you don’t understand.
