Design + Build
Our Design + Build process starts with consultation. During this phase we would like to spend some time with you in your current home in order to learn all about you and what you would or wouldn’t like in a new home. During this time, we learn about your goals, personal style and taste, as well as different lifestyle factors, such as entertaining, cooking, or storage requirements. During the consultation, our goal is to ask the right questions to help make sure that the house we build is right for you, and a place where you’ll be happy for years to come.
Heading into the design phase, you’ll really start to see what makes our Design + Build approach different from all the rest. Our specialized software builds out a fully rendered 3D model so you can see every foot of your new home before building. You’ll also be able to make real-time adjustments to the project plan, without having to deal with the process of making notes for the contractor and waiting to hear back. We facilitate your whole project, so you’ll be working with just one team the whole time. You’ll be able to be hands-on throughout the design phase, ensuring that you are satisfied with each part of the plan.
During the planning phase of your build, we use integrated management software to make sure that all of our plans come together. Your builder and designer will be present to finalize all project details. Because we are a full-service firm, we’ll also take care of ordering materials and checking their quality, making sure that your project moves along efficiently and on time.
Last is the building phase, where we’ll continue to be on site for your build, supervising each step and answering any questions. We’ll make sure that plans are followed and no unapproved changes are made along the way. With our team on the job, you won’t have to worry about cutting corners or plans changing to get the job done quickly.
Integrated + Elevated
Our process is based on an integrated approach, so that we can elevate your customer experience as well as our end results. Our architect, engineer, designer, and builder are all under one roof. This makes it easier on you, the client, by eliminating scheduling conflicts and communication mishaps that can come from a pieced-together team. Our commitment to you is to communicate frequently and clearly so that you know what is happening at all times with your project.
This approach also helps us to streamline the build so that we don’t waste your time and effort only to find out about exorbitant costs down the line. We carefully plan each step of the build to stay on budget and on time so that you can feel confident in your building and hiring choices.
