What is something people in your industry/niche have to deal with that you want to fix?

Many of this industry’s problems stem from a disconnect between the design and construction phases. Operating in a design-build capacity is a step towards bridging that gap significantly. Ultimately, it still really comes down to clear objectives and communication.
