Design + Build

With a four step project process, our Design + Build approach offers a decidedly different customer experience and voluminous options to customize to your liking, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.  When you select Spaces Renewed, we start the project with in-person consultation.  In fact, we would prefer to spend time in your house where we can learn more about you, your style and taste which helps us scope a project to fit your dreams.  We tailor our plans to each client, leaving boilerplate plans and preconceived assumptions at the door.  We seek to learn from you so that we can build your house, your way.  We’ll provide a coherent and comprehensive questionnaire and listen actively to you.

From there, we advance to the design phase, and you’ll see that we are very insistent on you being able to speak directly with your team.  Using a simple, streamlined approach developed through our years of experience and our advanced software allows you to suggest and make changes in on-the-fly without the sluggish process of sending notes and planning markups for the architect or draftsman to incorporate down the road.  Our approach is “hands-on”, but not controlling or intrusive.  We facilitate the entire project, connect you with a unified and qualified team, and allow you to see each square foot of your house in a fully rendered 3D model.

We’ll begin ordering materials, perform quality control procedures and align schedules and deadlines as we move onto the planning phase.  Communication is key, so we keep you in the loop throughout the entire process, using our fully integrated management software system.  By pulling your builder and designer under one roof, we will sort through all the project details, disclosures, descriptions and drawings essential to the construction.  You can benefit from the peace of mind that your project is coming together as you desire.

A project can seem practical until ground is broken, and then it can seem the floodgates open.  As tradesmen make unapproved compromises to expedite the process, many projects fall far short of the customer expectations if the firm representing you isn’t present, so we make sure we are.  We will schedule to be there on site to prevent anyone from cutting corners or compromising on quality.  We are also there to answer questions, whether they be from you or the team, so you won’t be left with tricky decisions to make without an expert opinion.

Integrated + Elevated

When a team isn’t unified in its vision, it isn’t integrated.  When a team isn’t integrated, the chances of the project being elevated quickly evaporate.  We refuse to let that happen to our clients, which means we take care to make sure you don’t suffer from competing agendas or ideas.  We insist on consistent and clear communication between you and the team, and we believe the benefits to this attention speak for themselves.
