Design + Build, Integrated + Elevated

Providing an integrated project experience is vital to our reputation and the way we do business because it helps us be a one-stop source for insight and feedback while also saving you time independently hiring several different professionals who may or may not have experience working with each other.  In our four stage process, we’ll guide you throughout the entire project.


The first step is consultation.  This is a vitally important step, and we work to schedule time where we can come and visit you in your home.  This affords us the opportunity to conduct a thorough assessment to learn as much as possible about your goals for the project and allows us to glean as much as we can about your preferences and taste.  Whether this is a transitional home or your forever home, we can scope a project to meet your needs.


Our value increases as we progress to the design phase.  Using sophisticated project management software, you’ll be able to see your project come to life in a detailed 3D rendering.  In addition, you’ll have the freedom to make changes to the project in real-time and see it take effect almost instantaneously.  Gone are the days of suggesting a change only for it to make it into 2D drawings days or even weeks down the line.  You’ll experience a unified process rather than receive a runaround waiting for all key professionals to come to the same understanding about what you want.  We’ll be there to serve as a sounding board and provide guidance as requested when you are selecting items such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, custom tile, fixtures and much more.


Before the actual build project can commence, we take the planning time to special order materials, schedule deliveries and perform quality control checks.  While we manage this process, you’ll be working on finalizing design choices in our management software which also connects you to the builder and designer.  This makes the process of finalizing details simpler as you work on disclosures, descriptions and drawings for the project.


When construction begins, the attentive and focused eye we’ve provided throughout plays a vital role.  In this stage, many other firms run into problems from outsourcing work to tradesmen trying to get the job done quickly rather than done correctly.  Using a combination of our employees and reputable subcontractors, you won’t have to worry about unapproved changes being made for the sake of expediency.  Furthermore, if variations need to be considered, we’ll be there to provide ideas on how they may be implemented without sacrificing your vision.  You won’t be alone if complicated questions arise.
