As mentioned, our integrated project experience was designed from the ground up with you, the customer, in mind. By providing a one-stop shop for everything this engagement will require, we’ve simplified the process without reducing your options for a truly customized home, designed to fit your every need and wish. Our four stage process will take you from an idea to a dream home, and with our efficient management, you may even be able to move in before you think.
By getting out of our offices and into your home, we can learn a lot, which is exactly what consultation is for. We want to spend time with you learning about your style and tastes, but we also want to learn about your goals for the project. Gaining an understanding as to whether this is to be your forever-home or a starter house can greatly affect several things, so we conduct a thorough assessment that helps us learn pertinent information and allows us to start scoping an engagement that fits your needs and budget.
Once we move onto design, our value becomes even more indispensable. Rather than planning with a designer or architect only to have other team members challenge ideas later, you’ll be connected with your entire team, so we are likely to spot potential hurdles and challenges early on and develop a plan to overcome them. Beyond the benefits of our communicative approach, we also make use of sophisticated project management software where you will be able to see a model of your custom home in a fully detailed 3D rendering. You’ll be able to virtually walk through each room. In addition, as you make changes and desire a new take on any aspect, you can make those changes in real-time and see the effect they have instantly. Gone are the days of making a note or marking the blueprint and waiting hours, days or even weeks to see those changes implemented. We are there to help you as you select cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures and everything else. Your wants are what matter, but we can also provide guidance, so you are never left feeling alone or unheard.
Before we can begin building, we’ll finalize plans and order materials during the planning phase. Here, we take care of special ordering materials and performing quality control on everything. This is when you’ll be finalizing your design and layout, but as always, you won’t be alone while doing it. With our management software, you’ll mark changes while being connected with your builder and designer. You’ll have the freedom to ask questions, seek clarity and move forward confidently.
Once we break ground, our attention to detail and customer-centric approach come to life even more as a team of committed professionals implement your design and specifications. With the familiarity you’ll have with your team, you’ll have the comfort of knowing their tasks and talents. We’ll use our employees and reputable subcontractors where necessary, but this also means you’ll not have to deal with the frustration that often arises on the build site where a tradesman makes an unapproved change to speed something along. If challenges present themselves and possible alternatives need to be explored, we’ll come to you to explain and provide options on how to overcome them.
