The truth is, it can be challenging to find the ideal lot, and once it is found, it can come with baggage due to a variety of attached disclosures. Spaces Renewed offers expertise in this arena. We, exhaustively, research any disclosures and review the city’s historical records pertaining to the property.
Once the investigative work is complete, we share the information with respective clients who choose to purchase or not purchase the site. With our team to sort through all the logistics, our clients know every stone will have been turned and they can, confidently, move forward with their decision.

Marshall, also, serves as the lead drafter for architectural renderings. Beth Booth – our design-expert extraordinaire– offers her niche talents in design principles. From traditional and transitional to old world and modern edged, Beth knows the design market up & down, in & out. Her portfolio showcases her creations – from Ultra-Modern to Transitional to Spanish to Modern Farmhouse, and much more.
