We believe in an engagement process that takes you from Concept to Completion.  We’ll serve as your single-service provider during your renovation or building projects and utilize our team of multidiscipline specialists to transform your home into the oasis you’ve always wanted.  With unique skill sets and ample qualifications, our experts are there to turn dreams into reality.

Consultation

Starting off on the right foot is vital to project success, and one of our first priorities when working with you.  During our consultations, we will come to your home to better understand the layout as well as your needs.  We use concise, yet effective questions to help us glean as much as possible while also taking time to learn more about your personal style and hopes for renovation.  We don’t come to your house proposing already-developed plans or one-size-fits-all solutions.  We handcraft and tailor our entire approach based on you.

Design

Using a streamlined, hands-on approach, our 3D rendering software will allow you to see your room designed the way you want it before a single hammer is swung.  We want you to fully understand your design plan and our software allows us to make this process more accurate and efficient.  Also, when you have a design change to make, our tools and expertise allow us to make those adjustments on-the-fly, so changing your mind doesn’t become a project halting dilemma.

Plan

A good plan is key, and clear communication is a necessary component of effective planning.  During our planning phase, we organize the entire process while allowing you open communication to your builder and designer.  We will help you finalize each detail of your renovation, order materials, finalize schedules, and perform thorough quality control during each step and for each order.  

Build

Zero compromise, that’s what you should expect from your renovation project, but that often changes during construction, but not with Spaces Renewed.  We avoid the frustrations that result from tradesmen making onsite adjustments to keep the project moving forward and instead use a combination of highly skilled employees and subcontractors to provide ongoing support and consultation through this step.  We are there to answer your questions while also keeping timelines met and your project from becoming anything less than what you want.
