Consultation

Our process starts with consultation, where we’ll spend time learning about you and your family in your own home.  We’ll ask questions to get to know more about your style preferences and goals for your new space.  After that, we’ll be able to tailor our suggestions and ideas to fit your specific situation.  We’ll never push you towards generic plans or ignore what you have to say.  We’ll listen to you and make sure that you are happy with all design plans.  We can also use this time to start answering any questions you may have as well as present a timeline and budget.  We want our clients to be informed of all important details throughout the process, so you’ll never be left in the dark.

Design

During the design phase of your project, you’ll get to see our advanced project management software.  Using our software, you’ll get to see a fully rendered 3D model of your new kitchen.  We will also be able to use this software to make changes and adjustments so you can see how they will change your final product.  

Plan

Before we start building, our in-house team will make sure that plans are finalized and materials are ordered.  We’ll also be scheduling delivery, performing quality control checks, and making sure that everything is up to your standards.  This is one place where you’ll see the efficiency of having your team all working together under one firm.  Throughout this step, you’ll still be central to the process and kept informed of all key information.

Build

For our last step, we’ll make sure that you are satisfied with your project.  Your design will only be given to the best builders around.  Because we’ll be there from beginning to end, you won’t have to worry about compromises to quality or design being made by subcontractors or tradesmen to get the job done quickly.  We’ll make sure that if any changes are necessary that you will be able to make an informed decision about how to carry those out, with our expert guidance as necessary.
