We combine the skills of our professionals, including design, architect, construction and spatial specialists to take your project from Concept to Completion, but our unique four step process helps us meet important deadlines and carry out an efficient engagement.

Consultation

The first thing we do to help provide a smooth project process is spend time getting out of our offices and into your home.  As we spend time in consultation, we’ll be able to learn from you what your goals for the project are while also being able to study the space in question.  While we can remove and replace walls, learning about the structure already there is vital to what we do.  For the sake of efficiency, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to help us learn how we can best serve you.  We don’t want to bring you a number of sample kitchen plans, we want to deliver the fully customized kitchen you seek, so this time is essential for us to do that.  Whether you know exactly what you want, or you are just starting to weigh your options, we’ll be ready and able to meet you where you are and provide guidance where necessary.

Design

Because we use professionals from under one roof, we provide a fully integrated design process that helps us provide efficient, effective and accurate deliverables.  While many firms offer an approach that has you wait for days to see how a change or markup affects the project, we’ll be able to do so in real-time.  Using our sophisticated, yet intuitive, 3D modeling software, you’ll be able to see your project fully realized in a virtual space and when you desire a change, you’ll be able to see it changed on the fly.  The added detail and clarity with which you’ll be able to remain knowledgeable throughout the design phase is one of our most lauded accomplishments.

Plan

As we seek to finalize details and lock everything into place, we’ll work to align all plans to the written specifications.  Again, with our project management software, you’ll still be able to contact our builder and designer as you confirm disclosures, descriptions and drawings for the project.  In addition, we use this time to special order materials so that when the day arrives to get started, your materials will be ready.  We manage the ordering and deliveries as well as perform necessary quality control on our orders.

Build

Even if everything to this point has gone off without a hitch, a firm that cannot carry out its plans effectively isn’t worth doing business with.  With Spaces Renewed, you won’t have to worry about that.  Beyond just providing you with a great design, we also deliver the talented crew necessary to carry out the work.  Using a combination of our employees and subcontractors, you’ll have people you can trust on site while construction takes place.  You won’t have to worry about tradesmen making unapproved changes for the sake of expediency or ease.  Furthermore, we’ll be available if questions do arise during this time or alternatives need to be explored.
